As part of our long term strategy, we decided to develop the individual corporate leadership skills of our “fast track” international executives by establishing the ´YSoft Leadership Academy´ (run in English).  After a tender process with other leading institutions, Change Partnership was selected as the Academy partner. The way how they set up the program and chose native speaking lecturers from around the world was the most appealing to our needs and vision.

The whole Academy process took almost two years and had been highly evaluated by all participants, Academy ambassadors as well as other colleagues who witnessed the progress of participants. As a result of what they learned during the whole programme, the participants implemented a number of changes both in themselves as leaders and in the YSoft business processes and practices. Mostly appreciated and beneficial were their skills in leadership, negotiation, consultative sales and intercultural management.

Ysoft is now considering extending the Academy to other colleagues.

After Change Partnership successfully delivered a coaching project in SCA, we asked Hana Bacharova to suggest and implement a new project focused on the SCA marketing team development. The main goal was to increase the autonomy and initiative of my subordinates.
